The German synthpop band Camouflage is celebrating its 40th anniversary with the release of a limited edition containing their 40 most popular songs. Fans were able to vote for their favourites from a total of nine studio albums.
The band rose to international fame in the 1980s with hits like „The Great Commandment“ and „Love Is a Shield“, which are of course also included in the „Rewind To The Future And Goodbye“ release. We created a CD version and a limited box set with vinyl records and CDs for this special occasion.
The three CDs are housed in an eight-page sleeve pac. A 32-page booklet, filled with images and exclusive content from 40 years of the band’s history, completes the product. The sleeves of the pacs are equipped with punched finger holes. The sleeve pacs were additionally finished with blind embossing and inside-out printing.

Hand-signed art print in vinyl record format
The box set, limited to 1,000 copies, comes in an elegant hardcover slipcase with linen cover and two-tone silk screen printing on the front. Inside is a gatefold with an 8-mm spine that can accommodate four 12inch vinyl records made of Crystal Clear (180g, heavyweight). These are packed in black inner sleeves. The gatefold was also made inside-out and finished with UV varnish. As a special highlight, a hand-signed art print with portraits of the band members in vinyl record format is included.
In addition, the slipcase contains a high-quality optimal media book in earBOOK format. Like the slipcase, the hardcover book was designed with a linen cover and two-coloured silk screen printing. The numbering of the limited edition can be found on the first page of the earBOOK, which contains numerous memories of the band’s 40-year history over 88 pages. Three CDs with a total of 40 music tracks are attached to the inside of the book cover (U3) in a black cardboard tray.
The slipcase, the gatefold and the earBOOK together form a perfectly coordinated product that is highly collectible.
